Terms of Service

Last updated 8 October 2026

This is the agreement between you and Marketfuze Inc. for the AI Brain Blueprint™. Using the service means you accept it.

The short version

1. Who you are agreeing with

AI Brain Blueprint™ is operated by Marketfuze Inc. ("we", "us"). "You" means the person using it, and the organisation you use it for if you are acting for one. You confirm you are at least 18 and may enter into this agreement.

2. What the service is

A guided set of interviews that produce written documents about you and your business, and an optional layer of AI agents that work from those documents. It includes, depending on what you buy: the free Sovereign Intelligence Profile™, the AI Brain Blueprint™, the AI Workforce Architecture™, a Chief Orchestrator™ and AI agents, and Expert Intelligence Packs.

The product changes as we improve it. We may add, alter or retire features. If we remove something you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in. Give us an email address you actually read — some messages are not optional, such as receipts and security notices.

4. What you own

Your content is yours. Your answers, uploads, compiled documents and brand material remain your property. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it, send it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy so your documents can be produced, and show it back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups which age out on their ordinary schedule.

We own the product itself — the software, the interview methodology, the question sets, the role templates and the brand. You may use the documents it produces for any lawful purpose, including commercially. You may not copy the interviews or the methodology to build a competing product.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including anything containing other people's information.

The three kinds of intelligence here, and who holds what

KindWhat it isWho holds it
Personal intelligence Your answers, your uploads, your Intelligence Profile, and the Blueprint documents compiled from them Yours. Downloadable, and yours to use anywhere
Agent intelligence What you tell an agent, the instructions and standards you write, its memory of your work Your contributions stay yours. The software, the orchestration, our role templates and our methodology stay ours. Where an agent runs on an Expert Pack, that author's method stays theirs
Aggregate platform intelligence Counts and operational measurements across accounts — completion rates, which roles get hired, failure rates, cost and speed Ours to use to improve the product, within the limits in the Privacy Policy

What the third row does not permit. It is counts, not content. We do not read your interviews or your agent instructions to find expertise worth reusing, do not copy what you wrote into anything another customer receives, and do not train AI models on your material. Removing your name from a business method does not make it ours. These limits are set out in full in the Privacy Policy and they bind us.

Agents are a working part of the product, not a file

An agent is a live configuration inside AI Brain Blueprint™. Everything it produces for you is downloadable, always.

Neither limit affects your right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

5. What the AI produces, and its limits

This product is built on large language models. They are useful and they are wrong sometimes, confidently.

Not professional advice. Nothing produced here is legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or psychological advice, and no part of it creates a professional relationship. The Contracts Reviewer explains in plain words what an agreement appears to commit you to; it is not a lawyer and does not tell you whether anything is enforceable or safe to sign. The Sovereign Intelligence Profile™ and the elemental readings are reflective tools, not psychological assessment or diagnosis. Where something matters, consult someone qualified.

6. Your own AI keys and other services you connect

You may connect your own API key for an AI provider. When you do:

The same applies to any other service you connect, including Google Drive.

7. Paying

Prices are shown before you buy. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never handle your card.

8. Inviting other people

You can invite colleagues and customers to answer questions for a brand. If you do, you confirm you may contact them for this purpose. They speak to us one-to-one and their individual answers are not shown to you — only the combined analysis. Do not use invites to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you.

9. Expert Packs

Some specialist agents are authored by third-party experts. They carry that author's method and standards. We make them available and handle payment; we do not warrant their quality or fitness for your purpose, and listing one is not an endorsement. A pack never contains another customer's files.

What installing a pack gives you: the right to use that agent inside AI Brain Blueprint™ for as long as you are paying for it, on your own brands, with your own files. It does not give you the author's method to keep, redistribute, resell, or export to another tool, and the software enforces that rather than merely asking.

If you publish a pack, you confirm the material is yours to license and contains nobody else's confidential information — including that of any client whose work helped you develop it. You keep your intellectual property; you grant us the right to list it, take payment for it and deliver it to customers. You can always export your own agents to author and update your packs.

10. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; upload malicious code; try to reach another customer's data or get around the limits between brands; probe, scrape or overload the service; resell or share your access; use it to generate material that harasses, deceives or impersonates; or use it to make decisions about people that materially affect them without human review.

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

11. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control happen. The service is provided "as is" and, as far as the law allows, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows:

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and you may have consumer rights that override it.

13. Ending it

You can close your account at any time. Download your documents first — closing deletes your content, and we cannot get it back.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to close, or where we stop offering the service altogether. If we close the service, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export everything, and refund any unused paid period.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and for anything material we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, you may cancel.

15. Law and disputes

Marketfuze Inc. is incorporated in Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings where you live.

Before formal proceedings, please write to us. Most things are faster to fix than to argue about.

16. The rest

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a court sets aside part of them, the rest stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a successor if the business changes hands, on the same terms.
